Piano Bench Pads are made to precise standards and quality controlled by Jansen. Materials: Cotton Corduroy Polyurethane foam padding is one inch thick. Edge is rolled so that the pad will fit even where your measurements are not precise.  This is a unique feature of Jansen Bench Pads. Tie the pad on with three ties.  Other brands have only two ties.  Also, the pad can be reversed and used perfectly well in order to get maximum use and life. Again, most brands of pads have a lining on one side which is not suitable to use to show and sit on. ORDER: Specify Piano Bench Pad Specify Color Specify Size. Special size pads cannot be returned or restocked. Be sure you really want the special size before you order.

AIR CUSHION A piano bench pad will give much comfort, good looks, and protection to the bench top. But, if you play long hours, you still may have a rather tired fanny afterward. Our Air Cushion will do the trick. You will be sitting on air, literally. And, you can take it along when traveling. It is made to inflate with water or air, but we disclaim the use of water, considering it will be used on fine furniture. It would be sad if it were to spring a leak. We use only air in ours. Jansen has agreed to "Drop Ship" to our customers in the USA.  
That means the merchandise will be shipped directly
from Jansen's Factory to YOU without coming through our office.
Your product will arrive sooner this way.

CHECKING ON YOUR ORDER

Call us for all follow up questions concerning your order.
Please DO NOT call Jansen to check on orders.
They do NO retail business,
and they have no records of details concerning your order.
When people violate this, the Jansens often actually make
the situation worse since they are interrupted from normal
production in order to talk to you. You will not be pleased doing this.

We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee at our discretion.
All returns of Jansen products must be returned to them.
NEVER return merchandise without calling us at (800) 338-8863 to make arrangements.
You may own the product and never see it again. Let's do it right!
If a product is returned damaged, Jansen will have the last word
as to further charges to you which will be deducted from any credit back to you.
This may be over and above the restocking fee.
RETURN ALL MERCHANDISE IN THE CARTON IN WHICH THEY CAME TO YOU.
Be sure to insure all returns for the original cost of the item.
If a product arrives damaged in shipping, DO NOT even
remove it from the carton-- call us, and we call Jansen, and Jansen
arranges for UPS to come and examine the damage and return the item.
If you proceed to open a damaged carton and assemble the product
and / or discard the carton, you will have to accept the product damaged.
